  • Do I clean my boutique dress before returning?

    No please do not attempt to wash our boutique dresses.  We do this for you.

  • Do we wash the costumes before we return them?

    No please do not wash the costumes.  We launder all of our costumes ourselves.

  • Are event hire products able to be delivered or picked up

    Some Event Hire items are able to be collected from our store.  Some items we only deliver as we need to set them up.  The item will show if it is able to be collected.  Delivery charged depends on the location of the event.  The delivery charge will come up when you enter your post code.  If you have any questions please just give us a call.

     

  • Do you courier

    Yes we are more than happy to courier your costume to you.  We can courier nationwide.  The courier cost is generally an extra $29 return and we include the

    return courier bag.  It may be extra if you are Rural Delivery.  There is also a $50 refundable bond payable for costs being couriered.  This is refunded once the complete costume is returned to us undamaged.

  • How long is costume hire

    Generally you can collect your costume on Thursday, Friday or Saturday for a weekend hire and return on the Monday.  We are flexible so just ask if you need a different timeframe.

  • How much are your costumes

    All of our adult costumes are $40 and our children's costumes are $20
